After we had a fire at our home, Jason was very helpful in educating us on the process of dealing with the insurance company, and helping us understand the true extent of the damage to our house. He was very responsive and helpful especially in the early days right after the fire, when we didn't know what to do next or where we would even live. He also connected us with Priority Home Solutions, who did an absolutely fantastic job restoring our house. Jason did a standout job in helping us receive as much dwelling coverage as we could for our house as well as for contents. We're very grateful for the work Jason did during a very stressful period of our life, which is thankfully now behind us!

Jason has been an absolute delight. He has helped me to sort through a complicated claim at no cost. At this time we are hoping to resolve with our insurer directly, but should anything change in the coming days and not be resolved I have Old Dominion PA on speed dial.So timely, kind, and knowledgeable!
